I listen carefully and pay attention to everyone who steps into my booth. I watch...without being obvious...what catches their eye, what grabs their interest, what they are drawn to. I've learned a lot. I keep notes.
Between shows I work at my bead bench where I incorporate what I gleaned from the previous shows. I'll shift some of what I'm making to reflect what I learned the week before. The feedback is immediate. I'll know this weekend if some of the subtle ideas picked up from my last set of customer interactions were good ideas. Lots of people have GOOD ideas!
Friday, July 24th I'll be part of the Fabulous 4th Friday at the hauntingly beautiful Starline Gallery in Harvard. Illinois. Heck, you can take the train right to the back door of the gallery! Do something fabulously different to kick off your weekend. Come out to Harvard to the Starline Gallery this weekend. My bracelets and I will be there, paying attention.
Wrap your wrists with Love!
I've completely given into my lifelong love of beads, stones, making stuff and stories, not particularly in that order.
